Order Processing & Shipping Times

  1. Order processing Time: 1-3 business days
  2. Shipping Transit Times: 3-5 business days (Korea), 7-15 business days (USA)


Returns/ Exchanges/ Cancellations

  1. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
  2. If your order arrives damaged or is an incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected]

Sales and Coupon Codes

  1. Coupon codes can only be applied BEFORE completing and order.
  2. If you forget to enter a coupon code, we cannot refund you the price difference.

Shipping

  1. Most orders are shipped the same or next business day. If you have any address changes, please contact us ASAP.
  2. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information via the email you provided during checkout. Please wait 48 hours for tracking information to be updated per shipping site. 
  3. Once your order is shipped, it is solely under the care of the carrier
  4. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your order to reach you will vary. We are an American company based in South Korea. 

Returned to Sender/ Undelivered Packages (due to incorrectly entered address)

  1. If your package is returned to sender due to an error in address when entered during order, you will be contacted within 7 business days of us receiving the returned package.
  2. You may choose to be refunded the cost of your order, less the shipping cost, or you can choose to re-pay the shipping costs in order to have your order shipped again to an updated address.
  3. If you do not respond to the email inquiry within 7 calendar days, you will be refunded the cost of your item minus shipping and restocking fee.
